Excellent location. Staff especially receptionist who was there during the day was exceptional when we asked about transport to locations

There are few steps going up before the elevator. Hard for Seniors to carry the luggage.

Excellent.
The staff were accommodating and friendly. There were good facilities. The location was ideal for sightseeing and close to the Metro.
We didn't like breakfast as it was the same every day, and not much of a selection.
